Please read the following and let me know if you have any questions. If there are points that have little to know clarifying details, I would recommend seeing a previous email. I'm trying to keep these emails brief and not too redundant.
Rehearsal Wednesday!
Our first rehearsal of the 2021 season is this Wednesday from 3:00-5:00! I know many of our students are counting down and looking forward to getting started. Students that need to check out instruments should arrive by 2:30 if possible so we can get those checked out. All leadership team members should arrive at 2:00 if possible for some training and to help set up.
Uniform Fitting:

Shoe Order: We will be placing a shoe order in the next week or so. If you are receiving this email, you have registered on the google form and most likely have already told us what your student's shoe size is. If not, I will reach out and get that from you.
Ongoing reminders:
Remember, fees can now be paid on myschoolfees.com. Students may also begin getting their physicals and having their doctor fill out the UHSAA physical form. On June 1, Register My Athlete will be up and running and students will be able to sign the contract, upload the physical form, and finalize the registration process. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask or review the information in the contract which can be found here. Please continue to get your absence requests submitted so I can approve them. Please take our attendance policy seriously. We are not like many activities - we are very attendance conscious! If you haven't already downloaded the summer calendar and band camp calendar and reviewed it with summer vacations, etc, PLEASE do so ASAP.
I hope you're all as excited as I am. For those of you who are new, you are in for a real treat. This is going to be a truly incredible season.
